As I mentioned once before, next week we will be at Colors and the start of a very memorable evening for our little party but before we join them on their big night out I felt I had to slip in a page about Hopkins investigation as it will be quite a few pages before we get to follow his pursuit of Lenore again.

Tommym: Good point! According to Hopkins, Carlingford didn't know what he was doing and made the bottle up all wrong which is why he had no protection when Lenore turned up to take revenge. There will be more about this later on :)

Nic and Ben: I would love to have gone straight into the night out after Sarah's dramatic moment at the theatre but as it's about 10 pages long I felt the finished read had to have a Hopkins page at fairly regular intervals. We will be at Colors though from here on, in one long uninterrupted scene.

There was I all set and ready for some high drama at Colours . . . :-) Ah well. Interesting little aside here. I wonder if it's possible that the whole witch bottle business is a red herring, that Janey & Sarah aren't finding it because there isn't anything to find and that Lenore's restless spirit (or Sarah's wild running imagination) have some other root. It will be interesting to see what happens when "General Hopkins meets Lenore, but more interesting still to see what happens at Colours . . .

Fruitbat: When I spoke of the 'snowball of events to come' a couple of weeks ago I had totally forgotten this page was on my timeline. As a book it would just be an extra page to turn but as a webcomic each page takes a week so believe me I cringed having to post this after all my hype! Apart from that though, as usual I can't comment on your thoughts but I will say that as we get towards the end you will see how the Lenore legend has affected Sarah's life.
