About
A. H. Amin is an Iraqi author, artist and filmmaker who was born in Kuwait, where he had lived most of his life. He studied dentistry in Emirates in his first years and then he continued in Egypt. He then continued his studies in China where he got Masters of Orthodontics and learned how to speak Chinese Mandarin.
He had first came across to his talent when he had met a group of students in Emirates who were discussing the making of a movie. After seeing how his ideas had impressed them, he started to take an interest in story telling.
His superhero comic book, Djinni, was inspired by his nephew, who has autism. He was impressed by how physically fit his nephew is and how sometimes he surprises him with intelligent comments which his nephew's social interaction makes other people believe he is incapable of saying.
