Character Bio: Min and Nym

Azaeziel on Aug. 1, 2007

This is the first of the Character Bio Filler Art pages! (We had a little trouble getting the next page done because of Comic-Con International San Diego, so Waxengoddess said to at least put in a nice filler art that somehow related to the comic.) So, here is a brief Bio on two of the characters you will be meeting shortly. Each character has both a “Real World” player and a “Fantasy World” character element. (The histories are for the “Fantasy World” characters, the “Real World” people you'll just have to read and learn about. heheh…)

Name: Min (played by Athena)
Race: 1/2 Elf
Class: Wizardess
Brief History: Min was the apprentice to a local hedge wizard for most of her youth. When she had learned all that he could teach her, she set out to discover the ancient magics of the Elves. Alas, this was not to be, for she was captured by evil men. Fortuneately, she was soon rescued by an adventuring band of warriors who then took her to what appeared to be an ordinary tavern, but she soon discovered that there was more to it then met the eye. She hoped to continue traveling with the warriors, but she was not a powerful enough wizardess to properly assist them, and they told her to find friends more her level. She stayed at the inn until the proprieter pointed her towards the group gathering at the corner table.

Name: Nym Dlagardrageth Eveningsfall (played by John)
Race: Elf (?)
Class: (?)
Brief History: Nym wants very hard to be the ‘perfect’ elf, mostly because he is not really an elf. He has spend the past several thousand years magically imprisoned in an ancient abandoned elvish armory with the rest of his kin. While most of his kind are twisted and evil, Nym longed for the sunlight and wind, and he prayed for the day that he would be released from his infernal prison. One day, his prayers were answered when a group of foolish adventurers broke the seals on the armory/prison and freed Nym and his siblings back into the world. While his family devoured the adventurers, Nym fled. He knew that when they finished thier feast they would return to thier evil ways and seek to kill him, as thier greatest strength was thier annonyminity. Nym found his way to a ‘special’ tavern by faking that he was an ordinary elf, but disguises and hiding will only keep him safe for so long. Soon he will have to face the wrath of his father and either defeat his family, or perish. Hopefully with the help of his new friends he can find the strength to stand up to his family and redeem himself.
