I was glad to see 'continued' as I thought for a minute this was the punchline! It would be nice to see that barmaid again too, she's a blast!

That's good to hear. Being as I'm so far behind in my reading I scrolled through the listings ahead and noticed there wasn't a part two, which made me think 'To be continued' was in fact a nice kind of open ending to their relationship.

I understood the title to mean "outside the box" . She's definitely outside the box and that can be a wonderful place to hook up. It can also mean trying to categorize someone by putting them in a box and that's something I'd imagine she'd resist --very forcefully.

A very pleasant story compared to your others. There are abysses and cliffs here too, but aren't they everywhere? And isn't a big part of the art of living in navigating around them successfully?
