If headbutting fails, look around in your inventory or space around you for something you can use to rip off or file down the bars. Or something.

The door slowly begins to swing open, ka-thunkings going on all over the place…
What you see inside totally shocks and amazes you!
As the loud, ka-thunking door finishes swinging open you can get a better view of what's inside, so you're not quite as shocked…
There, what looks like a story or two above you, you see what looks to be a coconut wedged between two steel bars, bent apart so that perhaps you could fit through! The coconuts also seem to be leaking dark liquid.
Also, underneath all the trouble one or two stories above you, you spy a simple key, lying there on the ground! Oh joyous day!
