Over the years, the net has seen a lot of changes, sites close down and new ones start up. And often you yourself just move on to new things. I used to post my art up at Elfwood in 2000, before they started getting all bossy there. :(

But there's one forum here I sometimes miss too…

I still remember this guy from that forum who claimed to have a dog who was able to successfully defend him from two bikers armed with shotguns. Not only that. His dog was also apparently able to kill a grizzly bear by ripping out its veins in the throat.

Nope, it closed for a couple years then opened back up as a subscription service when Napster did the same. It was my primo source of lovely music downloads back in 2000. Alas.

I missed my old website I made when I was a young teenager. It grew popular with the student body as it was one of the few websites which weren't blocked by the school administration system that had games on it.

Also because of the positive side effects of actually being more popular because of it.

Remember kids, making websites will get you into the upper crust of school! :D
