The art is a little rough, but it's mostly technical things like jpeg artifacts and wood bubble style (handdrawn speech bubbles and more of a rounded handdrawn-looking font might match your art better). @ The Optimist - First of all, I love the old school art/painting effect. I also love the subject matter and will have to go back through the archives to really get what's going on…but that's okay! The colors are good, the linework is good and the dialogue is strong. The lettering is a bit small but still quite readable. It's definitely caught my interest (even with the religious jab by the adult in the first panel). Good stuff!

Gothenreich: Those hands are incredibly well drawn. But I think you should put more care into your coloring, and also, it looks like the people's heads aren't round enough (a common mistake people make when drawing.) Also, typos! D:

@Zephyr - I like it when its drawn in a more manga-esque style. Because the original style of Crossing Death looks like its a comedy comic or something. Since its only the prologue, I cannot really say that much.

Rose Killer: The sketchy art style reminds me of “A History of Violence”, another crime graphic novel. The only difference here is that yours has more care to the art than that book did.
