I originally forgot a few small accessories on this page – specifically part of the coffee table and the flower stand. I actually had the page completely colored and uploaded. But it managed to bother me enough to put in the effort to go back and change it. (Would have been much easier to include them in the first place! XD )
The next chapter starts Tuesday! There are three chapters left in this very long story arc. ~_^
LanceDanger: Questioning answers is also suspicious!
blntmaker: Look what a warm and caring person he is! Rescuing her from ne'er-do-wells, tending to her injuries, and giving her a place to rest. We should all practice such hospitality – sans blazers.
DAJB: I dunno. “Nothing” is a word that arouses suspicions; does it not? It's like a lie alarm.
Peipei: Perhaps not refreshed, but she is aware of a few of the facts involved. Most notably that they wounded Fudo and killed Tristan (and are happy about both).
Tantz & amanda: Really? I didn't think it was particularly good. Maybe I should clean my glasses. 8-?
patrickdevine Speech balloon placement can help too, I think. I'm trying to make myself more aware of those details in layouts. – Yeah, it comes down to psychological contests when these two are involved.
n_y_japlander: I have a good memory. ^_^ It is necessary when studying biology.

@JNP: Naw! Everyone knows that girls look better when they wear glasses! It looks like this battle of the wits is at a stalemate-- neither has really given anything away but they both have good reason to be suspicious!

I think I see something else that's making Seiko look particularly better. I notice she doesn't have her glasses on. I have no idea if that's the difference maker but she looks resoundingly better drawn in this page and the last on. Maybe with the glasses in the way you draw her differently? Her eyes look a lot different. Though I can tell a lot more was put into her proportions (more on the last page as you can only see her well in 1 panel here) And I see where Raidon is looking in panel 4!!! For shame.

I think it's the faces and body language/positioning that's most improved. As Tantz said, people look more natural. Also, I think it would be hilarious if the flower vase were one of those with the fake flowers and the clear glue-stuff in the bottom XD Raidon's so high class that it would slay me for him to have something like that.
