I wasn't particularly happy with this page when I drew it (mediocre at best), but seeing it with a fresh eye and altogether (since when I create, I'm too detail-oriented to see the whole picture), I'm actually kinda… proud of this one. The postures all work somehow.
Btw, one of my earliest UB stories was a (much lower budget) costume party. In comic time, it was about a year earlier (in real time… 5 years). I recycled a few costume ideas on different characters. (Alex was a cowboy, but he's too young for this party.) I considered having Tristan in the vampire stuff again, but Robin Hood seemed more fitting. I put a lot of thought into the costumes, playing off Fudo and Toyo's conversation about playing pretend and being oneself.
