Ozone is going on some random gut instinct, rather than his own logical deduction, Kitty has bribed Hark to vote for me, and Waff is too wrapped up with a trivial personal vendetta.

Do you know why I changed my votes? For the good of the explorers in the long run. A scientist with the captain position is far more useful than a simple local who became captain. We need our strongest to become leaders so they'll can adapt at will. The reason I voted for you in the first place was that you were the first one to approach me and to confirm that you can be trusted. It wasn't anything personal.

And we have enough evidence, that is the whole point of a GM's narrative. Using that as a means to work out who is the dinosaur has narrowed it down from 24 to less than ten. Randomly guessing will mean a one in six chance. Using evidence and logical deduction, regardless to how little there is, will increase the chances.

Why? As someone else said, it's too early to reliably pin someone.

Let me put it this way… the first night's murders generally don't prove anything. It's the voting afterwards that does.
