Lactose intolerance is common among all other races as far as I know.
My understanding is white people cultivated animals for milk a long long time ago so developed a resistance.
Other races didn't and so thats how it worked out.
Just one of those odd genetic quirks.

Lol no, it's cause I'm black. And black people have a high frequency of lactose intolerance, which, sadly, I have (despite it's rarity in my family). No chocolate?! No ice cream?! I longed for death for months. And then I decided I'd just put up with the… side effects… and have a large glass of milk if the mood strikes me.
Well I'm white and I'm lactose intolerant. Only 25% of white people are lactose. I'm a freak. And I do eat dairy when I feel depressed.
The theory is that the places that have cows longer (i.e. dairy) have a less chance of lactose intolerance. Cows came from Europe (least milking). Milk in comparison is relatively new to Africa, Asia, and Native America.

Are we aren't allowed to not lynch, I suggested that in game one and it was shot down.
It is probably not a good idea anyway, since townies are more expendable then mafia. Its worth risking one townie to have the chance to kill a mafia since one mafia dead can change the whole game.
Damn, just realised I was saying townie and mafia instead of mafia andagent through out that whole speach but I cant be bothered to repeat it.
Also, remember that (joking asside) the agents did not ‘do nothing’ last night, they stuck a bomb on someone! If nothing else happens they can do that again tommorrow.
Then they are in the same position they were in at the start but they have two freakin great bombs on people!!

OH yeah, I'm the chicken boo of townston! It doesn't get much better then this.

The thing is, my lactose intolerance is selective! I can eat cheese ALL DAY LONG and no problem. If I drink milk? Explosive diarrhea. Yogurt? Upset stomach. Chocolate? Too much chocolate and it could be either. Ice cream? No problem at all. It's weird…

Two sips of whole milk - be right back
Icecream - depends on how creamy and if there is whipped cream

Given the present circumstances, are we lynching waff this round? Since there are no clues, there's nothing for me to analyze. And even if no one votes, it would still be possible for one chaotic person, troll, or agent to ruin that plan, so I don't think it would be a functional alternative in practice. :\
