They've found out what the problem is- their image server ran out of space (but the server host neglected to warn them of the problem or tell them when the space actually ran out, so they had no idea). We've been told that things should be working again ...

Just a heads-up to everyone, they will be ‘freezing’ the site one more time this weekend, probably from Friday evening to Monday morning just like the other times. They have worked out the bugs which prevented a proper copy before, and they are determined to get it right this time ...
