Googled “knife + throat” – yes, I did. Poor Alex is my favorite little victim. This isn't the first time I torment the poor boy.
By the way, for the commenters, I have taken your suggestions to heart, and I appreciate them very much! The reason it currently doesn't look like it is that I wrote 210 pages before I discovered DrunkDuck to host my strip. I am slowly trying to get those pages posted. Bear with me. With your comments in mind, I drew page 213 today.
I hope you can enjoy the storyline in my “old” work even with the crude style. Try to ignore it until after page 210. After that, I have no excuses.

Her confidence surprises me. Or maybe she just made peace with it whatever the outcome of that shot would be.

Thanks for that info! The first is a really valid point. (Though Fudo might be making a superficial wound on purpose.) However, Kaida's shot was deliberately "risky" because she doesn't want to kill anyone. That's why she shot the knife, as unrealistic (or impossible) as that is.

Something is wrong hear i know you show it the way they do it in the movies but. the proper way to cut some ones throat with a knife is to. plunge the knife into the throat from the side in line with the ear just below the jaw bone and cut pivoting it out the front of the persons neck using the back of the knife for leverage this will sever the arterys and windpipe at least according to the U.S.M.C. and . She should have shot the attacker in the head (the clear shot) not the hand in front of the boy which would have drove the knife into his neck.and quite likely the bullet would have hit the child as well.
