He's played the victim enough times, so now Alex decided to be the hero. ;-) Of course he was suspicious about that wad o' cash. Anyway, reality doesn't sink in until after he clobbers the villain. (And now, it is obvious that this story arc existed primarily for Alex character development.) Welcome to the big leagues, Alex. The conclusion page for this little adventure will be posted tomorrow. Peipei: Grabbing the gun might be tricky, but having a friend watching your back is always good. Besides, he needed a sound thrashing.
