When I drew this, the upper right panel was supposed to be panel 2, but as I was cleaning the page up, I reread it, and it seems to work just as well as panel 3, so read it however you like! lol
I won't leave you to ponder the billboard. That particular storyline is very spread out through the comic, and the lady's last name is never actually mentioned. RH is Ricky Harding of course! BW would be his beloved, almost-as-mischievous-as-him girlfriend Brigit Watson. (For those not familiar with the archives, this love story began in Chapter 5.) I also want to point out how cute Seiko and Tristan are in the fourth panel.
There is one final thing worth noting. This is the last page of the chapter. It was a long one, but we're only halfway through the Valentine's Day story arc. Our next chapter “Seiko's Admirer” will start right as this one leaves off – and the first page is in full color of course.
Peipei: Poor Brad has such rotten luck with Yuki, but he never stays discouraged for too long. ;-)
LanceDanger: Yeah, he tries so hard. lol

RH x BW is (sadly) the most normal "healthy" relationship around here. A former version of Kaida x Fudo is still my favorite, though.

Ricky finally makin' an honest woman of Brigit, huh? Cute. Tristan and Seiko ARE adorable, I would'a never thought it, but it works and you are right about that panel.
