Load time is a little longer on this one. I had to save a bigger file for the fading shading in the last panel. Seiko looks especially cute on this page. But I won't say anything else about the art because… here, there be plot.

Seiko cannot ignore a cry for help, but using that character trait against her simply isn't nice. That said, here are some faces that I will not expect anyone to recall. Jerry was the girls' first case, and the first “villain” in this comic. He's not too fond of Seiko, since she was a bit of a smart aleck and a whistle blower. Plus, he had expected her to be generally complacent.

n_y_japlander: Thanks. I have an irrational fear of coloring. o.O Honestly, I'm glad it turned out okay since I was experimenting.

Peipei: She might not want to leave now that she thinks the psycho cares about her safety… Either way, the ticket dilemma will have to wait for this new crisis to play out.

FAL: Thank you. I'm glad you like the color. Makes thinks feel a bit more tangible.

maritalbliss: Thanks. I kinda wish my first pages of chapters had more interesting action to color. And thanks for all the comments (and proofreading). I always get a kick out of hearing from you. ;-) I replied to a few things (and corrected the oopsies…). I have to say that seeing your reactions to Mike (and the other characters, but especially Mike) during his development brings me glee.

RentAThug: It's nice to know that trying something different works out. Thanks. :-)

Kristen Gudsnuk: *Hides from foaming-at-mouth Kristen.* Awe. Thank you. But, yikes! The work terrifies me! (And on those really old pages, it amounts to polishing a turd…) But I think you pushed me to finally work on this project.
