If you don't know or remember/recognize Kaida and Toyo's cloaked friend, she's Celes, the former getaway driver currently hiding from the police. Just giving you a refresher since we haven't seen her in a while. It's nice that the “outlaws” can hang out again. ;-)

Didn't sound like Kaida would have been the one to save Seiko, esspecially if she was bowling with Celes and Toyo. My guess is still right, so it's not a question now of who but more why.
