Today be International Talk Like a Pirate Day! (Here be a translator.)

This be t' end o' t' chapter. I hope no one be too disappointed that t' little murder mestery be unsolved for t' time bein'… None o' t' characters be particularly crushed by t' deaths o' Jerry and t' gang. (Except Seiko, but she be weird.)

Seiko could have asked Tristan directly here, but she tends t' avoid questions if she's not 100% sure she'll like t' answers. We've seen her do that kind o' thin' before. (Which be drivin' Kaida slowly insane…)

Locoma: Just a weird day (hormones? migraine? aliens?). No one has given me grief or anything. No worries. I think I'm “myself” again. – Oh, and I'm glad my commentary is enjoyable. You don't need to tread lightly around me. I take everything very light-heartedly.

Jonko: Thanks. I did miss a job interview, but it was a crappy customer service thing, so I'm not lamenting the loss.

Masq: No one mentioned a gun. ;-) Just silence and blood. (Which is a neat trick itself.) Mike's definitely not capable of pulling something like that off. Sorry to leave it like this for now, but I like to think that I present answers without actually saying them. – Not for a while anyway. Motives are a bit more elusive…

LanceDanger: I do feel better; thanks. Migraines suck.

Peipei: Tristan has shown up now. :-) Seiko is pretty sure he's a good guy, but she can't imagine Kaida doing any wrong either… Unfortunately, he is a private loner type and seldom has good alibis.

n_y_japlander: I told my roommates I was having “a day” and locked myself in me room where I took naps, watched sitcoms, and cuddled our cat. I successfully avoided human interaction.
