Since I'm sure some of my readers haven't gotten through the archives, and even if you have, it is an easily forgettable side-plot, I figured I'd use this page to do a quick summary of Brigit and Ricky's relationship.

~~When Seiko and Yuki met them, Brigit was a suspect in Ricky's poisoning.
~~Their relationship advanced at the Halloween party through Brigit's prank.
~~Tristan helped Ricky purchase a ring.
~~And finally, Ricky proposed on Valentine's Day.

Another little note for this page. I had a lot of fun drawing Yuki “soaked.” I think I did a pretty good job with her hair. :-)

LanceDanger: I would love to leave this continent someday. :-/

n_y_japlander: We live in West Virginia. We used to live in the mountains, hot-ish summers, blizzard-y winters. Now we live at much lower elevation with unbearably humid summers and very cold winters with almost no snow.

Tantz: Yeah, this is Alex's future sister-in-law. (Her “love story” with Ricky started in Chapter 5.)

Peipei: I'm sure she will. She almost didn't get to go. Last Friday, she was told it was all off (which made her mad, since she already got all her shots and her passport), but this week, they told her differently.

simonmackie: I think everyone should take an opportunity to live in a different culture for a while. :-) This is a bit safer than joining the Peace Corps.

dueeast: Japanese was my sister's minor in college. My Japanese vocabulary is limited to what I've gotten from the anime I watch. – So I know words for things like murder, case, blood, police…

Locoma: In this case, it's a river. It's inspired by the river near my aunt's cabin. (I love rocky coastlines too. Sandy beaches aren't for me.)
