Now it's officially a mystery. I think Yuki's brothers turned out very well on this page.
Job hunting update. Gael found one in the deli at our grocery store – where I applied before her but was never called to interview…. -_- Yesterday I wandered down the street collecting applications from every fast food place and retail store. Same old story. “We aren't hiring, but fill one out in case something opens up.”
Gael and I continue discussing starting our own business someday – if we can ever get the backing (and the courage). We dream of running a natural history museum. We've also discussed running a bookstore with an attached tea/refreshments place.
LanceDanger: Can't pass up ice-cream!
n_y_japlander: Piecing things together, eh? ^_~
Peipei: Unfortunately, there seems to be more to it than that.
amanda: It might depend on how bad she's feeling. In any case, her friends are determined to contact her.
Tantz: That sounds about right. ;-)
Locoma: I'm especially hesitant to share my stories with people. I feel like I'm opening myself up to be wounded, and I always feel so inferior to everyone. – I'm a terribly neurotic and self-conscious person. Many of my early pages include apologies in the author notes. ^_^; (I actually cried when I got my first comments here. I was terrified of comments.)

Sounds like conspiracy to me!

Because she is in trouble!

I like her brother's mustache (moustache?). The lighting effects are particularly nice in this one, too. I wonder what's in store for the crew next...

The question is...Why would Yuki have taken off her whistle and thrown it on the ground? I think something very very fishy is going on here :s And she didn't tell anyone she was leaving? Left her bike there too? No, that doesn't sound like Yuki at all xD

OK... I'm taking back what I said about Yuki now.... except for the "on the job" stuff!!! (OO)

After reading the last few comics the situation feels... familiar... and it smells like that stinky tuna I tried to catch when a coworker of mine dragged me out on his boat for the weekend (he thinks I've spent too much time alone). Let's hope they don't just assume she's alright...
