Here's one of my all-time favorite pages. Not much is happening, but I love this page on so many levels (except the messed up perspective in the first panel). The second panel is a little homage to “The Great Detective.” Panels 3 and 4 were really fun to put all the little extra touches into. But my favorite part of the page is the last two panels. Simple as they are, I think they make an impact.

n_y_japlander: Just a badly abused tree. – Don't worry, it's a tough old oak. It can take it. ^_~

LanceDanger: It doesn't look like he's home at the moment.

Tantz: At least she's not foolhardy enough to stick around.

Peipei: There is evidence here that he is alive and doing okay, and Seiko brought supplies so he can continue to survive. Time will tell if that's good or bad.

Molly: Actually, Seiko didn't come to visit. She's just here to leave a care package (food, supplies). She's brave but not that brave.

amanda: In my original plans, there was no umbrella, and she just carried the box. But I needed something mundane for Kaida to say earlier, so a line about weather worked well. Then I had to get creative with Seiko's baggage.

Doctor Shadow: Thanks. Seiko spends more time alone and keeps more secrets than most other characters, so she gets a fair bit of internal monologue.

Ziffy88: That's … illogical.

ghostrunner: Lol. ^_^
