This is the last page of the chapter. The previous page was actually the plot conclusion. This one is part of one of the overarching plots and setting up some tension and development for the upcoming chapters.

I know it's kinda hard to infer, but they are standing in the hallway outside Seiko's room.

For your convenience (since so much is going on) I'll remind you that Tucker Nash helped take care of Seiko after her parents were killed. It's a “cold case” (12 years old), but he has continued (unofficially) out of loyalty to Seiko and her family. Yuki's cooperation is, of course, like a knife in Kaida's back – or else Yuki's absentmindedness has affected her once again. We haven't seen Tucker's wife before. Her resemblance to Lucille Ball is entirely accidental.

ghostrunner: Lol. You can try.

n_y_japlander: While he's not too happy that she knows where he lives, Fudo's real motives are vague at best. (He isn't too sure himself. It's part of the “identity” he created…)

LanceDanger: I can dig it. XD

Peipei: Fudo makes a good scapegoat. He actually mentioned it to Seiko, but she wasn't sure until now.

amanda: Brad does that sort of thing to him a lot (intentionally and unintentionally). Lol
