Taking the Bait

City parks get a bad rap. They are really lovely, peaceful places. No, I would not go into one alone after dark, but I don't go anywhere alone after dark, rural or urban. Mike probably shouldn't go anywhere alone even in broad daylight.
I am still uploading character bios (for all recurring named characters). Definitely check those out if you need any refreshers or are new to the comic. There are also behind-the-scenes notes along with the bios, which regular readers might enjoy (or want to ask questions, which is fun).
Peipei: We saw Pepper do it, but Seiko didn't. With no evidence, she and Yuki are guessing based on Mina and Pepper's character.
Tantz: Thanks. That page was fun to color but very… pink.
Jonko: Seiko has been on alert since the river incident. It's hard to tell because she puts on a good front, but she will investigate anything suspicious.
amanda: PIIIIIIIIIIIIIINK!
LanceDanger: Yuki has a lot in common with barbie – except her waist is in proportion to her chest. ;-)
JustNoPoint: Few things are worse than having Barbie kick your butt. XD As for Brad, if he can't touch, he should at least be allowed to look. ~_^
patrick: At least it all matches. Heh. This is what you'd get if you let a kindergartner do your interior decorating.

Like I said, not too bright is he? I mean, hormones or no survival mechanism's got to come in at some point! Not that I don't go to places like parks, bridges, and the waterfront on my own after dark-- If I was in this comic I'd be really easy to kill!

This better be Mina, I'm kinda feeling bad for Mike at this point! And I agree with you, the quietness of parks at night make it especially creepy. If a criminal doesn't attack I'm afraid a ghost will!

Man, I have to give Meredeth credit. She's persistent if anything. I hope he doesn't mind having another hospital visit! Hmmm, wait a sec... maybe he isn't as stupid as we are thinking here. Who is the bait I wonder?

Uh-oh, when something goes "snap" like that, it's usually an "oohhh SNAP!" moment! =0 Lol, the title panel looks so cool XD

It depends on the neighborhood, really - and past experiences, haha. Jess and I had a park we used to go to all the time in the dead of night - it had swings! But I live in such a safe neighborhood that we never felt weird about it. Dunno about the neighborhood where we're moving in a couple weeks though, haha. It's a little more developed/urban/closer to downtown.

I don't think its Mina who he will be meeting up with tonight x.x. Not sure who but i don't think its Mina.

Ah, the park after dark ... Next stop - the graveyard at midnight!

That hook is way big for that little fish- or the fish is overly ambitious... XD Argh! I hope he doesn't get beaten up to death.

I spend my nights in the bar, there are a lot of lights inside .hip. hip.

Doing recurring character profiles? Your comic has quite a mythology and um...universe. Someone walking quietly behind you snapping a twig - makes for bad possible juju.
