The last line on this page sat blank for a while. I had to take a break from drawing and come back to it later. I thought of a dozen good lines, but they were suited for the wordsmith Toyo. Tristan is thoughtful, but he has a limited vocabulary (he’s more the “show” than the “tell” type.) Eventually, I managed to get past trying to write a “good” line, and got into the Tristan mindset to write a natural one. Anyway, this brings us to the end of the chapter, and I feel a great sense of relief. (This script was torturous.)

plymayer: Thanks!
crazy_goodfellow: I excel at screwing up – especially in social situations.
Peipei: Yeah. Tristan is really trying to be a good sport.

@Tantz: Brave enough to admit fear. @Peipei: Sometimes the most difficult conflicts are abstract and internal. Those leave the wounds that heal slowest. (They're also really hard to write scripts for and often downers to read. :P I'm SOOO glad this chapter is over.)

I think Seiko needs a break from all the craziness xD But it seems she's ready to jump back in to it again! Interesting girl :3
