Yay! An update! I'd like to apologize for something entirely different this week. I lost track of the time my comic is set in. Because of that, I have no sense of the setting for flashbacks. In this case, I don't know what type of TVs they had in the “17 years ago.”
17 years ago from when I started my comic 14 years ago was a lot longer ago than 17 years ago from my now years. (How is 17 years ago not the 20th century? How old am I?) Anyway, my comic is now set whenever with a history of who-knows. Let's call it an alternate reality and move on.
I'm both excited and nervous to hear the 500th Quackcast Tuesday. I couldn't be there in person but submitted a voice recording of me sounding like the awkward dork I am. I made a sketch to go with my submission. In case you missed it, here you go.

Blank check sounds good to me!

And a fun movie too. (Except for the kid's adult love interest. That's all kinds of creepy, imo.)

There's gotta be better ways of 'owing' someone back aside from marriage, like performing chores for a year if you're unable to pay. @.@

Jack wouldn't ask for that as payment. He hates marriage like any other form of commitment. Lol

He doesn't sound like a person you want to owe. Congrats on 17 years as well

Thanks. But it's only been 14 years as of February 2021. (The 17 years refers to when this flashback occurs prior to comic "current day.")

That can be a rock and a hard place to be. :/

Troubling indeed.
