I'm on a roll with weekly updates! I dunno if I'll manage to keep it up, but I did manage one a week for the whole month.
This is the last page of the chapter. Yes, it's short. Tbh, I have been terribly blocked on my script for several years. The backstory arc (my sister's idea) has been my way of stalling for time, but it also has given me a little help in framing the main story – specifically Seiko trying to get involved in the task force.
Next week (or whenever I finish the next page), we'll be going back to 30 years ago and the “love story” my sister requested. (Which isn't really a love story since I suck at love stories, but it's something?)
