In Mafia V, we saved five people for an entire game without winning either the mayor or pardoner roles. So, being able to protect MOST people after winning BOTH whilst simultaneously having bodyguards to protect y'all? Pardon me for not being impressed. (get it, get it? because you're the pardoner?)

…I guess this whole thing at the end where we get to talk trash at each other makes it worthwhile.

I am really annoyed that the townies failed to respond to my warning.
At this point, I sort of hope the mafia win, because the townies clearly don't deserve it.

The townies have gathered around the vote box, normally reserved for the mayoral election, in order to figure out who to lynch tonight. The votes are counted and at first it seems like our good mayor is gonna be the next person to test the noose. But then something happens. One after another, votes for prank are pulled out of the box, including one made by Prank himself. The majority have spoken. Prank is to be lynched tonight. “What!?!” Shouts Prank “-That vote of mine was a joke! I'm innocent”. “Sorry but the decision has been made. You're going to hang tonight” Explains the2ndredbarron. “NO WAY! You're not touching me as long as I have this!” Screams Prank and pulls up the undetonated bomb from his home. Attached to the statue was a simple trigger device that he had assembled for it “Oh that's right. I also took the paramedic course and thus I know how to use explosives”. While waving his jury rigged weapon around, the townies backed away from Prank, giving him the chance to escape out of the town hall. But the Mad Hatter was not pleased by this sight. Nobody tempers with his explosives and lives. Since the bomb was active again, the secondary trigger that he had installed should still be functional. As people were too busy watching after Prank, running down the street, nobody noticed as he went for his pocket to pick up a remote detonator to push.

Prank was exalted with joy. He had escaped from execution and was on his way to freedom. He was just moments away from the town exit and nobody would dare try to apprehend him while he carried that bomb. That bomb that's suddenly making funny noises and opening up. Perplexed, Prank stops to look at the device. A small rolled up note pops out that slowly unravels itself, reading: “Bon voyage!”. Now, that's odd. How did the statue know that he was leaving-

Prank the paramedic is dead.

A bright flash is seen coming from the edge of town, immediately followed by a large thunder. “Well. That takes care of that” Says the mayor. And since you're all here, allow me to say a few well spoken words… Hehehehe. Ohahahahahhaha. BWA HA HA HA! You fools! When will the town learn that you need teamwork to survive! I even told you in my campaign to stick together, but you spread your votes thin and allowed us the WIN! And to be honest I think Niccea is a great person, just my boss told me I couldn't reveal myself so I had to think of something. No hard feelings there Niccea…oh yea…your dead, i forgot. Moving along. Feel free to panic now.“

As people leave the scene with distraught faces, the Godfather himself watches over the crowd from his office window. ”This has played out far better then I hoped“ he thinks to himself. So far he had allowed his minions to have all the fun but tonight he thinks of doing something different. As he approaches his desk, he reaches for his hidden coat pocket, revealing a key. Using that key, he opens the top drawer of his desk to pick up a gun inside it. ”Tonight I believe I will have some fun myself".
