Since you decided prior to getting a role that you were running and didn't drop out upon receiving a role, the odds were much higher that your claim of being a plain townie was truthful - you wouldn't risk detection. It appeared too stupid to be true. It was a good call.

So well done, humorman and mafia in general. An inactivity strategy was suited to a war of attrition, albeit dull to play against, and although I too understood the principles, I didn't try hard enough or fight against those I believed to be guilty. Plus, obviously we made some really crazy mistakes! XD I resolve for the future not to lose my confidence and enthusiasm when I get scolded. -_-;

I dunno, Niccea seemed a bit annoyed at the fact that I was running as a townie…so I really didn't want to risk it. ^^;; I had a final that week and I was a bit behind in that class, so I was going to use that as an excuse to drop out.

When I suggested a game where everyone had kill roles people jumped all over me saying it wouldn't last long. I don't care about that I care about epic awesomeness!

But then agian when I suggested the Monster Mash idea no one seemed to like it. Hhm I'm seeing a pattern. What I suggest is never met with approvail I could use this power if only I could learn to harnest it.

I liked you monster mash idea. I must be the exeption to your rule.

Although I did initially object to the “give everyone a kill role” concept, for the same reasons you mention. However the monster mash is different because everyone has to be converted to a kill role first, thus prolonging the game.
