The DD Awards are here again, thanks to the wonderful Niccea!

And that means that together with this year's DD Awards, we also are having the DD Red Carpet event again!

The DD Awards are more or less the equivalent of Oscar Night for Drunk Duck, and so we celebrate with all pomp and circumstance we can possibly muster!

So you are all invited to participate!

What you must do:

1. Create an image of your comic's characters, as they usually are, on transparent background, like this version of Fotis here that I made for the 2018 Red Carpet:



Make it a print-suitable resolution (at least dont' send me a 72 dpi version!)

It doesn't have to be just one of your characters, but they do need to be posing as if to be photographed, or standing around in some manner! Also, if you can keep them to up to three.

2. Post this version at the Red Carpet 2020 thread


3. Make a second version of THE SAME characters, but this time in formal dress, for a gala, or for Oscar Night! Again, make the image on TRANSPARENT BACKGROUND!

4. DO NOT POST THE FORMAL DRESS VERSION IN THE RED CARPET THREAD!
Instead, send it to me via PQ or email (you'll find my email in the thread).

When the event begins, each of your characters will have an image standing at the DD Awards Red Carpet, as they arrive to attend the Awards Night! (i.e., the announcement of the winners!)

That's when everyone will see them wearing their best, showcased as they should be!

When the event is done, and the DD Awards event is done, there will be two commemorative wallpapers:
One with all the characters in their usual dress, and
One with all the characters in their formal dress!
