It is still Monday, so this update is technically not late.
I am glad my sister talked me out of killing off Eric a few years ago. I have found many uses for him, and I'm not sure his death would have had the impact I wanted anyway. (And having him live but still lose the election is more significant, imo.) If he was a main character, he'd be very Mary Sue, but as a side character, I don't hold back. One of the richest men in the city, housing the poor, employing the needy, working as a volunteer firefighter, and, naturally, he's at work in the soup kitchen.
There are just four weeks left in my seasonal job (I'm applying to a few positions, but a severe drop in pay is inevitable). So, if you feel like offering some support, here are some ways:

I'm kind of worried about what Seiko's planning to do with a pair of skis or a snow mobile. I hope she takes the snow bike though, she'll get around faster!

Thanks! I didn't notice. Must be the cylinders. I love cylinders. :) My greatest concern in not killing off Eric was that he's too powerful an ally. :P But he is terribly busy and high profile.
