I thought it was the entirety of Britain that didn't enunciate the letter “h” and left out “g” a lot. There are places there where people actually WILL enunciate “flaming hell?”

Also, does “lady” mean something different there? o_O

Ahaha…Schrodinger's Crocty and Niccea.

I was just infromed that the horsehead dosn't take mayor's extra vote. I thought it did in Hark's game. I'm not sure and since my internet is crapping out and two sides are complaining I can't do anything right now. I'll try to go to a friends to access the internet there. Until then the Lynching is posponed.

You said it would. Don't change the rules after we asked about it. :/

Cockney rhyming slang.
To anyone who knows what “Lady” means, you get a crumpet! :D

And yeah, pretty much all of Britain does that, but I hate it more. D:<

TFGM, seriously? If you said one thing then go back and say another thing then it isn't fair to the players. If you make a decision, stick with it.

But, not everyone was informed of this. I myself wasn't informed that it took away this power until a few minutes ago. I think everyone should be informed of any such decisions made by the GM and not just the ones who stand to gain.

Wait no, the letter H is cool sometimes.

Like, when saying tough words, such as “Mittens”
Bloody ‘ell, look at all those godamn T’s.

I just say “Mi-Hens!”

Kitty17? I'm sorry, but no chance! Ki-he-Sev-Un-Queen. (I put Queen instead of Teen, because our holy queen is way better than those dreadful chavs you see nowadays!)

This is retarded. Stop changing the rules halfway through the game. I ASKED ABOUT THIS. Remember?

TheFlyingGreenMonkey
Yep.

If the godfather's horsehead ability is used on niccea…would it stop her mayoral powers. Like calling double lynches or her seal of the mayor.

Look, see? You said yes. Stop changing the rules after we specifically went and asked you about it. Sure it's your game and all that, but rules should be set and done before the game even starts, especially not changed after someone asks you about it. You realize how much it can throw a person off?

Well from my stand point the rules were changed. I didn't know I only got one vote until FGM finally updated and put up my votes. When he did this, it was after the appointed voting end time.

I'm not saying that he shouldn't have informed you. Of course he should have. I'm not going to judge whether it is fair that the Horse Head power can cancel mayor powers. What I'm upset about is the fact that AFTER he posted the narrative he is trying to backpedal and say something else. That's not fair to those of us who play. That and I can't stand wishy-washy-ness when it comes to something like this.

Every GM plays the game differently. If you're unsure of the rules you ask, which is what I did constantly. But each time I asked about something important the rules got changed on me AFTER I got a reply, not in the reply but after.
It's more unfair to the people who ask.

In Hark's game, pastel's mayoral abilities were constantly deteriorated. Though she occasionally complained to me, she didn't force the GM to change the rules just because she wasn't informed. She just accepted it.

I did ask but failed to get a reply until after the deadline.

Edit:

I'm now adding a new term to the Mafia Dictionary:

The Bread Kala Paradox - Ochi and Crocty are magically always on opposing sides.

Edit Mach II:

The word Hakking has also just gotten approved through the Mafia Language Board.

The Bread Kala Paradox - Ochi and Crocty are magically always on opposing sides.
Don't trivialize this sacred principle by giving it a name.

Besides, we were on the same side in Mafia VII and won without sustaining a single casualty. Clearly the actual answer is that we're both far too powerful and thus must be pitted forever against each other to keep a balance of this power, thereby preventing the destruction of the world. See, it's dualism.

EDIT: As for voting, the end result will be unfair either way. Perhaps it's best to compromise? Since a similar incident caused Kitty to die, perhaps the most fair conclusion may be that the townie side, too, suffers an unfair arbitration?

Okay okay fine, I agree, Ochi.
The rule change with Kitty was really unfair, and it made me so mad, so, a good hard dosage of RAEG on the town's side should be fair.

Happy now, Ki-he?

I think the details are up to the GM.
Whatever he decides is how it works.
He should declare things in advance where possible and his (or her, in these crazy modern times we live in you have mention a lady doing it…I suppose it could happen!) judgments should be consistent within that game.
I made it so the Godfather (then a Gorilla brain) could stop double lynches by affcting the mayor (then a flawless elvis impersonator). Was it a good ruling? probably not with hind sight BUT it was the rules of that game, so that's how it was.
Within that game it was consistent and that is what counts.
After all, if you dont like something, you can always do your own game afterwards!
