As of yet, I don't think anyone is. Since that argument generally comes up at some point by someone for some reason I just spoke on it before hand.

For anyone who still has doubts… don't let Kitty's townie status scare you out of voting. In Hark's game, I ran for mayor and I actually was a townie. But everyone's paranoia over it led to a lot of innocent deaths.
Also, she's incredibly good at solving clues. In the past two games I played, she really helped me out (since I was new) and solved most of the clues that led us to capture the mafia (in Hark's game.)
Both she and Niccea are qualified to be mayor and the only thing against Kitty is that she has an unfortunate role. Furthermore, Niccea's been mayor before, so Kitty should get a chance to go.

In this situation, which I think you admitted yourself, you and Kitty are both qualified and trustworthy enough to run for this position.
After that point, only the role thing remains. It's a serious obstacle against Kitty, so if my bribe can help someone get past it, it's evening the playing field slightly.
