Looking on the front page, it doesn't say if the goon can kill or not. It says the Mad Hatter can't kill (with the bombs he can, but that's different). But it also says that the godfather can't kill.
So, assuming the two mafia did kill, plus the goon, the vig killed as well… That means we have a serial killer on the loose people T_T

Yeah… you guys are screwed. There are way to many people with killing powers in this game. You've lost the Mayor, the paramedic and the paranoid. You can't contact the police chief and you have a rogue vigilante. On the plus side you do have plenty of clues to play with now.

I can tell you that I did not do it. Mainly because of the fact that Baron wouldn't be that obvious. The clues last time either pointed to Blitz or PP and neither one of them were the killers.
The clues so obviously point to me, that it isn't me. Also. There are two separate clues that point to me.

Well I'm 70% sure that Niccea DIDN'T do it- just going by Barron's red herring clue with PP last time.
She still might have of course, maybe it's not a red herring this time… But with anyone, including kitty or anyone else we think might be guilty, we should look CAREFULLY before we try and lynch them. - to avoid a repeat of what happened with Blitz. It's just lucky that he wasn't an important role.

We KNOW no killer's tried to get him the first time and therefore use up his power because neither of the first night deaths were mafia or Vigs. And none of the current crop of dead townies had killing roles either so none of them died as a result of trying to kill hark…

I notice that LoS says “how uncool” when interrupted and cries “I thought you were a cool cat” while falling. In the first set of clues, it's snowing during waff's murder and it's repeatedly claimed that the weather is cold, even though nothing of the sort is described during Flapjack's murder. I'm operating under the assumption that repeated words and conditions inside specific murders indicate clues, since this is usually the case.
A repetition of cool and cold exist in both of these clues. For these reasons, I suspect cool guy of murdering waff and LoS. Since the German names led us nowhere the first time around, I assume that these link the cases.
I'm not going to touch the bread clue - I shouldn't spend my time defending myself when I should be trying to figure out a real murderer, since we don't have a lot of clue-solvers left. All I can do is try to figure out the clues I feel confident with, so at the least I'll leave information in the event that I'm killed.

I've checked the front page again for the roles and I made a mistake- Harkvast could NOT kill his killer… His role was all weird and complicated, but he couldn't kill.
Hakoshen is putting on a show and claiming to be the police Cheif, but without actually saying he is. Um… no, I definitely won't vote HIM for mayor and I don't think anyone else should either. I find that behaviour suspicious.
Ody obviously has more of a plan. But I have a proven track record and I also tried to defend the townie you guys wanted to lynch, so I think I'd make a good mayor for us.

I did notice that.
I actually thought maybe the murdered had gotten mixed up with the murderer, and thus the wrong one was labeled, but that it would be bad to mention it because it would be calling attention to an error in the game rather than an error made by the player. I was really preparing to push this theory to the bitter end without mentioning it. o_O
