As it appears my sensational theme idea did not make the cut, even though its literally the first suggestion on the thread (honestly guys, I'm not bitter - the TV set was too close to the window anyway. It was an accident waiting to happen) I'll vote for B instead.

SCI-FI

SCI-FI

My bad, added options.

Thanks Genejoke, I wasn't seriously lobbying for inclusion though. I'm still going with sci-fi!

A. No theme
B. Sci-fi
C. Thriller
D. Dreams
E. History
F. Fairy Tales
G. Greed
H. Adventure
I. Winter special
J. Summer special

Going to list my top 3 in order of preference.

1. Dreams (Mainly because I've already written a script for this.)
2. Sci-fi
3. Adventure

I think I've pretty much already stated where my vote lies. But just for clarity. My vote is on Dreams. Because, like I posted before, I have this short story idea that I think would be perfect for a dream themed anthology

Dreams won the vote.

Next steps.

Naturally this is the point where we need to find out who is on board and in what capacity.

Those who are onboard to create content can now begin in earnest now the theme is set.

We need to set a timeline.

Perhaps a cover design contest?

And I'm totally available to illustrate scripts, for free. But I don't colour.

I'm up for doing a story! Don't have an idea yet but will start pondering. And a cover contest sounds good

Let me look through my big stash of story ideas and outlines There's probably something in there that would fit.

That's how it happened last time.

Good to know. Perhaps you could link this thread in your next newspost?

Sounds like a plan, dig those ideas out.

Excellent news. I can colour it if needed, and who knows maybe even provide a script, but should anyone have a script or idea they want to develop then please let us know.

Got this dream themed script that I began writing a while back with a synopsis. I'm totally up for writing and drawing this story for the anthology. And I wouldn't mind participating in a cover design contest either👍

I'd like to contribute something.

Should have first time around but sometimes my foggy brain and the real world around gets in the way.

I'd be very happy to contribute if I can. Things are a little chaotic at the moment, but that's the world we live in apparently! I'll try to roll with whatever, I do like the dreams theme for this.

Forgive me if I missed it but is there going to be a discord conversation topic/page for the new anthology?

I'd be up for contributing this time, I can probably work a lot better with a theme like dreams than I could horror…

I'm down to create a story for the anthology if you need artists. I had a lot of fun with the last Horror Anthology and I think the theme of dreams could be a lot of fun to make a short story around.

I found my script, a sequel to the story I did in volume 1. Will try to expand it a bit for this one. My 3D art process is much faster than my chicken-scratch penciling so I could probably illustrate somebody's story as well. It depends on the deadline.

Not at present, perhaps I should get on that.

That's good to hear, not the chaotic bit, I haven't set on a time line yet as with holiday season approaching it's fair to say peoples lives will get busy. I was thinking mid to late january.

That's also great news, I think dreams works as it can be very broad and allows for a lot of creative experimentation.

Glad to have you aboard, are you looking to illustrate someone else's script?

great news. There's not a deadline set yet, I'm loosely thinking mid to late January but want to hear peoples thoughts on that before setting anything in stone.

Count me in, dreams is exactly my kinda subject matter.

And January seems like a reasonable deadline.
