Roles:

Kira - You kill once a night until L is dead
Kira 2.0 - You are an idiot. You can kill once a night, but you have a 50/50 chance of getting the hit. If Kira dies, you can not function alone and your team looses. If Kira is tried, you can opt to sacrifice yourself.
L - You arrest a suspect one a night. Win by killing Kira
Police Detective - You can protect a suspect once a night
Suspects - you just vote on who you think Kira is and arrest them.
Shikigami - You are low on energy and need to take human life force. You win by being the last player in the game.

I will not run this game, but it is an idea for any future GMs out there.
