Ok, first order of bussiness:
- I need the police cheif to contact me ASAP!
- Also, it would be helpful if I could have people with other roles contact me too, but you don't have to if you don't want to. (might be a good idea though)
- Gullas, if you ARE the vig, get your hit out on Kitty ASAP man! HURRY!!!!!!
- The police chief needs to investigate Coolguy and see if he's mafia or not. DOn't worry about Gullas, we will assume he's the real vigilante from now on. (we have enough suspected mafia to deal with. Gullas can have the benifit of the doubt).

…oh, Dukat was the paramedic and he's dead. F***! -_-

Both. They got to write their own clues. And only two people could announce the clues. Once those people died, no more clues could be given.

Well since lynching is a delicate word. They merely sent “townies” to jail. (But they couldn't get out and were for intents and purposes dead.
