SkyAngel: technically(pun?) layouts are more than just panels. It's also how the art and dialogue/word balloons direct the reader's eyes across a page. So yes, you can qualify and use a template. :)

*Note to judges* I've pretty much used the same six panel layout since I started (500 pages ago!) so I really don't think we deserve 'best layout':)
