Does anyone else here fear spiders? There was a large one on the ceiling. I went to go get a tissue to kill it and when I came back I couldn't find it anymore. Instant paranoia.
Nope. Spiders are great :)Unles they're crawling up your nose or something…

—————–
Sarah Jane was the best Doctor Who assistant ever. I think she was with both Pertwee and Tom Baker wasn't she? The two best Doctors. Of course then comes Leela and Romana (but which Romana? I prefer the first one).
—————-

OK, I've had some sleep now, I feel a little better.
I got a samsung Galaxy Tab today, my second Android device and fist mini-tablet thing. They were going ultra cheap at my local phone shop before all the new fancy models come in.
It's not bad, but not as smooth and slick as my HTC Desire Android phone. I'll have to install a custom ROM I think to see if I can make it nicer and smoother than it is with the standard Samsung one it has now.

Aww. They certainly are.

The DOCTOR WHO EXPEREINCE (3 tickets from just 55 GBP)

Did they say anything about the recent passing of Elizabeth Sladden? (Sarah Jane from the Pertwee/Baker years?)

I had a crush on her back in the day. So cute, almost in an manga/anime way. She didn't need a skimpy leather outfit.

No, they had her outfit and stuff like all the other people, but nothing was actually mentioned. At least everyone wasn't moping around. It's sort of a set thing, you go through here and do this, then this happens, that sort of thing. No spare time for mentionings.

I believe there was a show on last night called farewell Liz.

Ohh my god…
Leave a vacuum in your room and sleep in the spare room for a few years. it'll be sucked up eventually.

I have a history test tomorrow, but since it's in preparation for our exam my teacher decided not to tell us what it's on.
So I just have to study 60 pages of text for tomorrow, no big deal. -_-

It ended up being on the Ruhr Crisis. Easy peasy! : D

Hippie Van, you've got to post a picture of the finished product. It's looking great so far.

Now I'm prepared for the Easter Bunny Hunt. I've got a shotgun, a couple of grenades, and a flame rifle that I swiped off some woman's unattended mech. I'll make sure I end that bunny's reign of terror. Fooling those poor children into thinking those “chocolate eggs” he's been laying are edible… that's just low!

I have several half finished drawings hanging around my bedroom. They're all piled up on my desk waiting for me to do something with them. I should REALLY do something with them, but currently I'm too lazy and the drawings are too insanely huge for me to bother.

drawing a life sized snow leopard on A2 paper seemed like a good idea at the time… But now that its half done…

I suddenly remember how much I hate drawing giant things.

I know what you mean! I feel like my art teacher always wants me to go BIGGER with my pieces, but working on a smaller scale is so much easier and more comfortable.
But I do it anyways because I understand where he's coming from. Stupid smart art teacher.

And sorry for the scary fish man!

It was terrifying walking home from work tonight…I swear everyone's been drunk since like 6:30 this evening - and everyone who isn't already is rushing off to the LC.

Edit: That Feedback tab isn't going to be a permanent fixture, is it? Opera is throwing a fit - it's making DD almost unusable for me right now.

it's lovley, and it's a snow leopard so it's basicily finished now! There's limited room to work on or store big art…

It will be but in a nicer form that fits in better. BUT what you should do is report all the probs you're having with it (using the feedback feature) so they can fix it. ;)

Another Doctor Who alum passing was Nicholas Courtney in February at age 81. The Brigadier!

Lifesize animal renderings is a typical art school punishment, ahem assignment. Wheever I've gone to Philadelphia there's always some poor art students drawing animals in the museum. I have to bite my tongue to fight the urge to critique as I go by. Have to repress the teacher instinct.

I almost got picked up by a young French lady when sketching in the National Gallery in London while waiting for the wife to finish her tour. My wife has to read everything and she doesn't scan read so I usually end up stopping, waiting and often sketching.

It's a Pertwee/Baker era apocalypse! Disaster O_O
I liked Nicholas Courtney in all the radio plays he did. Those people are dying young.

Last page goes live monday but I am so glad to have finished it. next step is finishing Aurora, but thats only got four pages to go.

Is it just me or are there tons of characters in the webcomic community that should be one eyed? I browsed through some comics today and came across not one, not two, but five characters with large, hideous scars across one of their eyes. It seems to me there's quite a few near-misses with those eyes. Statistically speaking, shouldn't at least one of those five characters lost the eye or something? It's pretty darn fishy that all five of them came out the other side of the fight with only a badass, well placed scar to show for it.

Just sayin'.

It's hot and muggier than hell today. Definantly brewing up a batch of sun tea. Extra sweet! How do ya'll take your teas?

Oh god, tea. The other day I had someone at the house and I was like “Would you like tea? I've got the kettle on,” and he was all “People drink tea…hot?”
“Well…yes.”
“Oh, ok.”
“Would you like milk?”
“People put MILK in tea?”
“…Er, yes.”

I was not aware that there are people who don't know hot tea is a thing that exists. It was a revelation.

Today was:

-Good…FRIDAY
-Earth Day
-My friend's birthday.

So as I made Jesus jokes, I sang Friday and kicked a tree. And then I went over my friend's house and played castle crashers.

Boring enough?

I only care for hot teas when I'm feeling sick or when it's cold (and sometimes, both).

heh… I love tea. Especially green tea. I've been told drinking too much of the stuff may be bad for you though…

Wow… for some odd reason I'm starting to think of Pacman as the very first “survival horror” game. Being chased by four ghosts with no weapons other than those “meth” balls at the corners of a creepy maze… and the only way out is to eat a ton of dots… Okay… maybe not so much “survival horror” in eating so much…

Eh… speaking of horror, watching the Star Trek Enterprise episode “Dead Stop” again. The space station (that repairs spaceships) still creeps me out. Sure you select what you're going to pay it, but the payment it takes from the ships it fixes makes me wonder… Nowadays, anytime I encounter such a station in my games my first reaction is to shoot the thing.

My chickies have gotten so big. :) I don't like the head honcho though…that was the one I thought was retarded and it picks on both of my favorites. It does this shit where it launches off the feeder and jumps around the box, scaring the crap out of all the other chicks.

I take revenge by swooping it up into my hand when it doesn't see me. >] Mwahaha. My favorites are very nice and don't run when i put my hand near them.

I started a diet on monday. Over the last year or so I've been trying to shift some weight but despite making changes to my diet and such I hadn't had much luck.

Anyway the new diet is hard but I've lost over 10lbs since monday. Very happy with that.

It's one of these diet one week in four things but I'm actually beginning to enjoy the things I'm eating so i expect some of it will carry over from the week to every week.

Most importantly it has increased my energy levels thus making exercise easy.

I FEEL AWESOME.
