i hate my skill level in art. I know somewhere i have the skill. But i can never find it when i want it. it just hits. bam. you have skill. drawing finished? back to stick figures for however long.

or just sketching trying to get better. then BAM. one offs. stuff that i couldn't duplicate if i tried. (and i do)

Ive lost 5lbs in a week.
Only started dieting last week.
Aiming to make it 20 by the end of the month.

So I've been laid off, but maybe not.
Our store's being taken over by a franchisee as of May, but she wants to hire the existing employees, apparently. Just have to set up an interview with her and hope she's nice!

Heh… Harvest Moon: Animal Parade. When I finally befriend the monkey enough I'll take it as a pet and rename it after one of our Admins. I'll probably get a horse first though since I can use it to move really fast around the town on clear days. And I still think the name “Ozoneocean” is appropriate for it (if it will fit in the naming space) since I'm pretty sure that's how fast and well horses move.

I'd go ahead and befriend the mama bear and her cub, but I keep hearing that games get worse with bears…

A girl who was on my cheer squad in high school killed herself last night. She planned it out, left a message saying good bye to her friends, and changed her bio on face book to “you can't put your arms around a memory.”

This is the second death I've had occur in my life in the past two months.

wow… I can't tear myself away from listening to this music. It's from the very first Harvest Moon game I played, and I've heard nothing like it ever since. Weight loss: Not sure what my weight is now, but my waist went from about 96cm to 84, which means about 1cm more and I'll have lost 5 inches :D

Also, I have to stop doing this thing where I start typing in a new post, forget about it, switch to another tab and then shut down the browser losing the entire post. Argh.

Changed the image to a 261kb gif instead.

You see I make fun of all my friends for playing Minecraft by making the motion you make to set things on fire when facing them.

They're beginning to realize that they like the game a little too much.


I have a cut on the middle of my nose that I have no clue as to how it got there.

I also drew a portrait of myself that I'm rather happy with since as you all know, I'm not the strongest artist. BUt the image is rather awesome.

So I'm the guy whose friends send “Can you identify this aircraft?” emails to. Aircraft and AFV ID used to be my specialty. I had people betting me their paychecks I couldn't do it in the Army. He'd chicken out at the last minute because the E-5's wife wouldn't understand the guy losing his whole paycheck to an E-3 over some dumb bet.

I accepted a bet for $50 and missed the second aircraft. The guy asked me to continue and I got every other one. He was so impressed he split the difference and only took $25.

I missed the big local model show, no matter I've missed it every year since 2003. I got to start going again and reconnect with those guys.

The wife wants me to start going to art classes. I see dollar signs in her eyes when she mentions it. Hubbie's not going to work full time? Get him creating saleable art work again!

Maybe aviation art… trees? I really like trees…

Some people are just insufferable wankers… Irritating people, full of themselves. (like me for example)

But funnily enough, I realise now that even though they can irritate the piss out of you sometimes, they're still good to have around. They add colour and variation.

People who are just rude, nasty, mean jerks however, are not good to have around. I don't miss those ones at all.
